MISSION: As the marketing content manager, you will be responsible for producing content that helps HealthMark engage in meaningful conversations with the market. This role involves heavy writing and editing for a B2B audience in healthcare technology, so the ability to synthesize product, sales and technical information to tell a compelling story is a critical skill to be successful. You will be an important brand ambassador for HealthMark, helping to maintain the HealthMark brand, style and voice in the market.

Position Overview: As the Marketing Content Manager with Healthcare IT experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our content strategy. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling and informative content that resonates with our target audience, including healthcare professionals, IT decision-makers, and key stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the overall marketing objectives and business goals of the company. Develop a strategy to manage and deliver content across multiple marketing channels including print, digital, email, blogs, website, and editorial. 
  • Healthcare IT Expertise: Leverage your in-depth knowledge of Healthcare IT solutions to create content that showcases our expertise, addresses industry challenges, and highlights the value of our offerings.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality and engaging content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, and more, tailored to different stages of the buyer's journey.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to gather insights and ensure content aligns with brand messaging and product positioning. Serve as the gatekeeper for all market and customer facing content; ensure consistent tone, style and branding for content created by various HealthMark departments. 
  • SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to enhance the visibility and discoverability of our content, driving organic traffic to our digital assets. Ensure consistent representation of the HealthMark brand in the market. 
  • Campaign Support: Contribute to the development of integrated marketing campaigns by creating compelling content that supports lead generation, lead nurturing, and customer retention efforts and vendor management.
  • Thought Leadership: Establish the company and key executives as thought leaders in the Healthcare IT space through thought-provoking and industry-relevant content.
  • Market Research: Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform content strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

REQUISITE EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years Proven experience in content creation and management, with a focus on Healthcare IT.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and content management systems.
  • Ability to translate technical information into easily understandable content for a non-technical audience.
  • Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated, self-starter 
  • Copywriting and copy editing
