Job Summary:

We are seeking a Controller on behalf of our esteemed client. This role is ideal for a hands-on financial leader who is not only adept at navigating the complexities of financial operations but is also actively involved in day-to-day accounting activities. The Controller will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency through proactive involvement in financial processes and a strong passion for process improvement.

Responsibilities:

● Oversee the entire accounting cycle, from journal entries to the finalization of financial statements, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance.

● Act as the primary liaison for external auditors, ensuring a streamlined and effective audit process.

● Maintain rigorous internal financial records, adhering to the highest standards of accuracy and integrity.

● Analyze financial transactions and reports, offering insights to drive financial performance and process optimization.

Requirements:

● Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting, reflecting a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices.

● More than 7 years of progressive experience in accounting, demonstrating comprehensive expertise in financial management.

● At least 2 years of experience in leading an accounting team, with proven success in team leadership and development.

● Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), with a thorough understanding of financial regulations and standards.

● Exceptional written, verbal, and collaborative skills, crucial for effective communication and teamwork across various departments.
