Position: Nurse Practitioner (Spanish Speaking)

Compensation: $115k - $130k / year

Bonus: Quarterly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Spanish Speaking NP for our clinic in East Mesa, AZ. We serve a variety of patients and the ideal candidate will have a passion for providing care to their community.

Duties:

1. Provide primary health care services and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.

2. Perform comprehensive health assessments including patient history, physical examinations, and health screenings.

3. Diagnose, treat, and manage diseases and chronic conditions.

4. Prescribe medications and non-pharmacological therapies according to the protocols.

5. Provide immunization and other preventive health services.

6. Educate and counsel patients and their families on preventive health, treatments, disease management, and achievable health outcomes.

7. Collaborate with other health care providers across the continuum of care for coordinated patient care.

8. Maintain patient records and protect patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

9. Participate in continuous education and professional development to stay updated on latest medical knowledge and practices.

10. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures, as well as nursing standards and protocols.

11. Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals and community resources when necessary.

12. Assist in emergency situations and provide appropriate interventions as required.

Other Requirements:

• Arizona NP License
• Spanish Speaking (Fluent)
