Job SummaryThis position is responsible for developing job descriptions and conducting job analysis and evaluations for assigned business areas; conducting market analyses and recommendations; participating in salary surveys; and assisting in the annual salary compensation review. Support the administration of compensation including salary and API. Assist in the analysis data to inform the design, development and updates of compensation programs and compensation projects as assigned.JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor Degree OR 4 years' experience working directly in Human Resources.
* Solid analytical planning experience and strong organizational skills.
* Experience in project management.
* Experience with compiling complex or diverse information and able to present in a clear concise manner.
* Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Attention to detail with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
* Ability to meet deadlines to accomplish assigned tasks.
PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Compensation Certification
* Experience with job description creation and analysis as well as wage and salary administration.
* Experience using Workday database.
* Experience developing compensation programs (base pay, premium pay, and ancillary pay) for effectiveness and market competitiveness.
