HBG Design is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team, working alongside Project Managers to provide job costing, analysis, and accounts receivable support while also cross training in various other accounting functions.

The successful Project Accountant will participate in ongoing process improvements and refinements of project reporting procedures as well as internal control systems for the Financial Services Group.

Interface with firm management, external clients, consultants, and auditors.

Assist in project budgeting and expense approvals.

Monthly project invoicing.

Provide project analysis and reports.

Cross-train with accounts payable and assist with other monthly closing and financial reporting procedures as necessary.

A minimum of two years of experience within the A/E/C field is preferred.

Four-year degree in accounting or a related field.

Showcased ability to work independently and on a team.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
