Experienced Project Manager needed
Seeking a leader in the Commercial Construction industry that provides an excellent opportunity for growth and high performance.
Your new role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the project costing, safety, scheduling, budget and overall management of the day-to-day operations of the site. Successfully bid projects will be passed on to you from the pre-construction team, you will then communicate and manage the project, liaising with sub-trades, consultants, engineers and client representatives.
What you'll need to succeed
•3 years of experience working as a Project Manager
•Ground up construction experience required
•Ability to multitask and drive on time, on budget results
•Strong communication skills
