What You Would be Responsible for:

  • Conduct data collection and analysis for HR metrics reporting
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Stay updated on employment labor laws and compliance requirements
  • Communicate effectively with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Support our recruitment team with daily activities as directed by the recruiting manager
  • Assist the Human Resource Department with daily operations as directed by the HR manager 
  • Identify areas for improvement within our HR processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and employee satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate HR records and utilize data analytics to inform strategic decision-making and optimize HR processes.
  • May administer employee benefits programs

Haven Qualification Standards: 

  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, with a high level of self-motivation and accountability.
  • Proficiency with HR software and tools for data management and analytics.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and procedures.
