Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Orders Specialist to support our home health office in Riverview, FL. The Orders Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office by processing orders accurately and timely. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Process physician orders accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to obtain necessary documentation and clarify orders as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all orders received and processed
- Coordinate with the clinical team to ensure timely initiation of patient care services
- Follow up on outstanding orders and escalate issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the operations of the office

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
