Hardhat is currently hiring an individual with experience as a Director of Sheetmetal Operations for the SheetMetal division.

We are searching for a driven individual who is able to lead by example; A "Roll up your sleeves" kind of person to instill their knowledge and inspire their team to do the same!

The Sr Director of operations is responsible for:

• The overall planning, execution and financial-related activities of the sheet Metal Operation in various regions.
• Manages and ensures all cost, quality and delivery commitments are met.
• Manages Manpower and ensures all manpower needs are accurate and timely.
• Review and ensure all estimates have correct materials cost and labor hours.
• Manage relations between Owners, Subs, and internal company employees.
• Work with fabrication shop to ensure timely completion of materials for the project.

Required qualifications:

• 10 years of experience relevant to the industry in Construction Operations Management.
• Experience leading Sheet metal projects of greater than $10M
• Must have held a Sr.Leadership position within an organization with multiple direct reports.
• 8-10 years of prior Commercial Sheet Metal experience
• Must be able to Travel to Job sites or other office locations. from time to time (0-20% travel)
