Director of Performance Marketing -
Qualifications:
- 100% Remote but you must be based in California

Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in performance marketing focused on eCommerce
- Hands-on platform experience in Meta, Google & TikTok
- Demonstrated history managing paid media budget of over $1MM monthly
- Experience developing and executing email and SMS campaigns
- Experience with Klaviyo Shopify, Northbeam & Attentive
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring our brand stands out in a crowded market.
- Hands-On Execution: Roll up your sleeves and lead by example. We are looking for a hands-on leader who is fearless in diving into the nitty-gritty details, whether it's optimizing campaigns, analyzing data, or staying abreast of the latest marketing trends.
- DTC Expertise: Leverage your extensive experience in Direct-to-Consumer marketing to create targeted and effective campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Budget Management: Take ownership of marketing budgets, managing spending efficiently and effectively. With a monthly spend of up to $5MM, you will be responsible for optimizing ROI and ensuring the highest impact for every dollar invested.
- Overall Growth Strategy: Drive overall company growth through a holistic approach to marketing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure performance marketing aligns seamlessly with product launches, brand initiatives, and overarching business goals.
- Analytical Insight: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize marketing strategies. Regularly report on key performance metrics to the leadership team.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role, constantly seeking new opportunities, staying ahead of industry trends, and adapting strategies to capitalize on emerging market dynamics.
