Ecommerce Project Manager - must be located in the U.S. but highly prefer candidates in the Miami area

As the E-commerce Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind the seamless execution of online initiatives, ensuring an exceptional customer experience from browse to purchase. You will leverage your expertise to optimize e-commerce operations, implement strategic initiatives, and contribute to the overall success of the brand.

Responsibilities:

• Led the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects from initiation to closure, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budget
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and senior management
• Champion an exceptional online shopping experience, focusing on user interface, navigation, and overall customer satisfaction
• Utilize analytics and insights to inform strategic decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous optimization of our e-commerce platform
• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring seamless integration and performance optimization
• Conduct regular project status meetings, provide project updates, and prepare reports for senior management
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for innovative solutions that enhance our digital presence
• Implement and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize project delivery efficiency

Qualifications:

• 3 -5 years of experience in E-commerce Project Management, focusing on direct-to-consumer brands in a start-up environment
• Digital marketing strategy, e-commerce store management, technology strategy, and analytics
• Experience working with the following key eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, WordPress
• Proven success in managing projects from conception to completion
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Solid understanding of project management principles, techniques, and best practices
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
