Win Systems International Holdings Inc. is Hiring a Project Manager Near Miami, FL

The Project Manager is part of the Operations team and is responsible for managing and delivering project(s) that span across one or more business units. Manage resources, and schedules, and adhere to stage gate quality and control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle, implementation, and Go Live. This also includes management of issues, risks, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery. Contribute to process improvement initiatives as they relate to improving project delivery.

The Project Manager has the authority to run the project on a day-to-day basis and verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality.

Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site leadership for the project team by building and motivating team members to meet project goals, adhering to their responsibilities and project milestones.
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment for one major or several minor initiatives simultaneously.
  • Working transversally with development, sales, product, among other teams to establish a robust and achievable customer facing project roadmap based on planned project deliveries.
  • Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate clients, end-users, and internal stakeholders on new systems, processes, or workflows implemented.
  • Develop project plans and schedules.
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
  • Communicate with customers on an ongoing basis.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers.
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
  • Track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports, status updates, and documentation to stakeholders, management, and project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and policies throughout project lifecycles.
  • Evaluate project performance, collect feedback, and identify opportunities for process optimization, efficiency gains, and service enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Proven working experience (5 years) as a project administrator in the information technology area and Casino industry.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work under pressure, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
  • Scrum Master certification is a plus.
  • Availability to travel in the USA and Canada. 30-40% of the time.
