Sales Lead works hand and hand with the spa leaders to manage day-to-day operations of the
front desk with particular focus on sales growth in memberships, gift cards and products.
Responsibilities for this role include:
● Providing excellent customer service and experiences to all guests and members
through the answering of phone calls, setting appointments, greeting guests and
membership sales and management
● Strong knowledge of services and the ability to passionately enhance client experience
by promoting products, services, enhancements and dual service appointments with
effective, clear communication.
● Assist in hiring, onboarding and training processes for the front desk team
● Ensure that the front desk team is supported through daily role-playing and goal setting in
order to uplift them and achieve high conversion and excellent customer service.
● Work with the front desk team to maximize appointment books and eliminate booking
errors.
● Strong communication skills to ensure that all operations, updated policies and new
marketing are clearly communicated to all direct reports.
● Highlight a product weekly to create focus on that product and to provide education
needed to help our SA team sell and recommend this to every client that enters the spa.
● Get the team to a minimum of 20% - 30% conversion for memberships and 50% pre-
booking through use of in person 1-on-1 coaching and fun incentives to keep motivation
high.
● Develop ways to increase client satisfaction through marketing, review cards, service
promotions, thank you cards and more.
● Partnership with the Manager of Client Sales & Team Development to coach the team to
high performance metrics in memberships, gift cards, products and facial business.
● Develop and support performance improvement plans/coaching for lower converters to
help them overcome limiting beliefs and achieve their goals.
● Be a strong advocate for the culture and help drive key focuses to support the needs of
the business.
