Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Account Executive at Hana Florist POS in Germantown, MD. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for lead generation, account management, communication, relationship building, and customer service. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their success with our platform.
What we are looking for:

Specific Responsibilities:
➢ Prospecting and building pipeline in the retail florist vertical.
➢ Managing the full sales lifecycle - lead generation, discovery, demos, negotiation, closing.
➢ Meeting and exceeding monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
➢ Utilizing the company's technology stack (Freshsales, Zoho, Slack, Skype). ➢ Collaborating with the implementation team to ensure seamless onboarding.
➢ Identifying market growth opportunities with the Sales Director.

Skills/Experience:
➢ Minimum 2 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of closing new business.
➢ Ability to self-generate at least 15 new opportunities per month.
➢ Consultative selling skills for Small Business retail clients with short sales cycles.
➢ Openness to coaching and mentorship.
➢ Creative approach to sales processes and outreach.
➢ Thriving in a fast-paced environment with a strong drive to succeed.
➢ Multilingual skills are a plus.
➢ The focus is on finding a seasoned sales professional who can excel at all aspects of the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing, while also collaborating effectively with the broader team. Hana is looking for a competitive, coachable, and results-driven Account Executive.
