Role Description:
This is a full-time role for a Digital Marketing Executive based in Germantown, MD. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for conducting market planning and research, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and driving sales and marketing strategies. The role will involve on-site work at our Germantown office.
Key Responsibilities:
➢ Ensuring collaboration with internal teams such as creative, design, and development to ensure cohesive and impactful digital campaigns that align with clients' brand guidelines.
➢ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve clients' business objectives, with a keen emphasis on driving website traffic, increasing brand visibility, and attracting quality leads.
➢Lead thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify target audiences and identify opportunities for growth.
➢ Oversee the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns, including PPC, display advertising, and retargeting efforts, optimizing for maximum ROI.
➢ Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, and making data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization.
➢ Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, continually identifying new opportunities for innovation and growth of the team and function.
➢ Foster strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact for all digital marketing needs, actively managing expectations and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
➢ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
➢ Minimum of 5 years proven work experience with successful track record as a Digital Marketing Manager or Director, preferably in an advertising agency setting.
➢ Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics, including SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
➢ Demonstrated experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns that have achieved desired business outcomes.
➢ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and metrics to make data-driven decisions.
➢ Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in managing and motivating a team.
➢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
➢ Proficient in using digital marketing mediums, platforms, and software (such as HubSpot, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Streaming, E-newsletter Drip, Text Campaigns).
Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Scorecard:
Performance effectiveness and success will be measured using the following metrics:
New client acquisition
The number of new clients acquired during the fiscal year, or aggregate booked value of total new client revenue during the fiscal year.
Current client growth
Percentage or actual dollar growth during a specified measurement period above a baseline from the same period of the prior year. Periods may be QTD, YTD, YE minus prior period YOY.
Client lead generation
The percentage or actual leads created on behalf of a client as measured against specified targets or year over year performance for a specified period of time. Periods may be QTD, YTD, YE minus prior period YOY.
Lead generation for new client acquisition
The number of new clients or revenue dollars from new clients directly attributed to lead generation efforts by Digital Marketing Executive.
