```Duties``` - Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel - Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information and payment processing - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with reservations and manage room assignments - Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Qualifications``` - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred - Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality management - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus - Excellent guest relations skills and a friendly demeanor Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and may be subject to change, as needed, to meet the requirements of the business.
