```Duties``` We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Housekeeper to join our team. As an Executive Housekeeper, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of our hotel. Your main goal will be to ensure a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities: - Supervise and manage a team of housekeeping staff - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures - Train new housekeeping employees on cleaning techniques and standards - Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards - Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve issues - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Monitor budget and expenses related to housekeeping operations - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Skills: - Strong knowledge of floor care, custodial, and industrial cleaning techniques - Previous experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication and leadership skills - Proficient in using cleaning equipment and supplies If you have a passion for cleanliness, excellent management skills, and a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you.
