Hamilton Enterprises, LLC, a CPA, Management and IT consulting firm, is seeking qualified and available Administrative Professional to support a Federal client (GSA) in Philadelphia, PA. The position is full-time and long-term.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial administration support / upload of financial documents
  • Audit support
  • Contract close-out support
  • Invoice processing
    i. Preparation of contract files for invoicing and close-out
    ii. Preparation and submission of correspondence
  • Payment submissions and verification
    i. Preparation and submission of updates to contract status reports
  • Record and file management
  • Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request support
  • Administrative Data Entry Services

i. Event Tracker Data Entry 

ii. Purchase Card Data Entry

iii. Employee Travel/Concur Process Support

  • Specialized Support with Award and Administration of Cost-Type Contracts

i. Pre-Award and Source Selection Support

ii. Post-Award Administration and Invoice Processing Support

iii. Contract/Option Year Closeout Services
