HALO is Hiring a Remote Project Coordinator

Description

HALO is looking for a Project Coordinator who can start a career in account management at HALO. We will teach you about the industry, train you how to succeed in account management, and prepare you to advance at HALO. You will be responsible for the coordination and management of all project logistics from start to finish. Sales leaders will consider you a go-to team member because you'll know all the ins and outs of each project’s key deliverables and their status.

Responsibilities

Below are the primary duties, but it is not everything. We encourage and rely on team members to contribute wherever and whenever to make each project a success in a way that delights customers and contributes to HALO's ongoing growth:

  • Prioritize multiple, simultaneous projects
  • Manage project work to a deadline while maintaining accuracy and quality
  • Provide exceptional service as the liaison between internal departments, external vendors and clients
  • Provide prompt, clear, and concise direction to vendors and clients via email, phone and in-person
  • Learn the project lifecycle and logistics, including production timelines, profit margins and costs
  • Manage project specifics which may incorporate complex documentation, detailed design direction, and logistical details in order to ensure all projects are delivered on time and have met or exceeded client expectations
  • Solve problems daily with your resourcefulness, asking for help, and experimenting with new ways of working
  • Represent sales teams in meetings with external stakeholders
  • Resolve invoicing and billing issues with the billing coordinator team as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field, or equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Great communicator and listener in-person, over phone, email, and videoconference
  • Strong work ethic, with a good humored with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Values curiosity, creativity, inclusive teams, and achieving results
  • Problem solver that is comfortable making judgment calls how to spend time
  • Loves learning by providing, receiving and responding positively to constructive feedback
  • Detail oriented and strong organizational skills
  • Motivated by deadlines with a high levels of accuracy
