Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the coordination and management of our consumer goods retail client's technology projects from start to finish. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-tasks, and proficiency in project management.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination and management of technology projects
- Collaborate with project managers and executive leaders to ensure project timelines are met
- Track project progress and update project schedules using project management software
- Prepare and distribute project documentation, including status reports, change orders, and expense reports
- Coordinate meetings, and site visits with project stakeholders
- Monitor project budgets and expenses
- Assist in the preparation of project reports and presentations

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field of study
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Detail-oriented with a strong attention to accuracy
