This opportunity entails supporting technical staff by performing a variety of project-related coordination, tracking, and administrative duties such as tracking client deliverables and evaluation scores, maintaining project schedules, coordinating with project managers, organizing documents, coordinating documents requests, and report preparation that includes technical editing.
Being able to work on and prioritize multiple projects at one time, as well as the desire to work in a collaborative environment is a must for this position. In addition, there will be opportunities for additional management career growth and supervision gained over time.
What You’ll Do:
Tracks evaluation scores. Develops and tracks progress reports.
Monitors, tracks and files project documentation. Copies and/or scans project-related documents in-house and coordinates sending out larger jobs.
Technical editing and formatting of project-related documents such as specifications, technical reports and memos.
Archives closed projects.
Assists in the management, upkeep and distribution of project schedules in MS Project.
Uploads/downloads deliverable documents to/from client systems. Deliverable tracking of submittals and reviews.
Coordinates and/or manages preparations for project meetings and publishes minutes.
Requests existing plans and other documents from clients.
Performs other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
2 years of relevant experience
What We Prefer:
Associate Degree.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (MSWord, MSExcel, MSProject, etc).
