Qualifications:

* Bachelor or master's degree in Civil Engineering

* A person of high character with a focus on quality, integrity and success

* Embrace a positive attitude with a people focused, collaborative mindset

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

* Experience in civil, public works or transportation project production

* TxDOT experience and a P.E. license in the State of TX is a plus and required for Project Managers

* Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staff on roadway design projects is required for Project Managers
