ICF’s Environment & Planning Division is seeking a Senior Project Manager with experience in National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance and experience working with State Departments of Transportation (DOTs).

The successful candidate would leverage their regulatory expertise and management experience to lead diverse projects for clients in the transportation and infrastructure sectors. The candidate would be given immediate opportunities to build client relationships while working with and learning from highly-talented project management peers and technical experts.
