The Role:
Halcyon is looking to hire an experienced cybersecurity channel and partnership marketing manager to develop and execute all marketing items required to support a robust channel (VAR, MSSP, MSP, SI, etc.) program. This role requires a strong understanding of the endpoint security and ransomware space and of the various players within the channel partner ecosystem. This position will work across departments to support our channel sales team’s efforts across NA, LATAM and eventually globally. The right candidate will possess excellent written skills, strong project management abilities, and a successful record of accomplishment building, supporting, and executing a channel marketing program.
Responsibilities:
Own the marketing relationship between various channel partners (Primarily MSSPs and VARs but also technical partnerships, MSPs, Cyber Insurance providers and SIs.
Develop co-branding go-to-market assets like datasheets, solutions briefs, presentations, videos, newsletters, promotion social media offers etc. for our channel partners.
Work with channel and field events marketing teams to ensure our partner event strategic is correct, well-executed, followed-up and demonstrates positive ROI over time.
Enable our partners with strategic roadmap updates, periodic partner program meetings and manage feedback on our programs from our partners.
Develop a templated onboarding package for each new partner to successfully kick off relationships, to include press release coordination, partner case studies and testimonials, and ensuring our brand guidelines are respected when used by our partners and affiliates.
Track and manage the ROI of all investments into channel marketing.
Support our professional services team with similar asset creation (estimated to be 25% of time invested).
Travel, as required, to specific industry trade shows like RSA, Black Hat, and partner annual events.
Skills and Qualifications:
7 years of experience in cybersecurity, ideally with at least 5 years in a direct channel marketing role. Additional acceptable roles may be sales enablement, sales engineering, product management or solutions architects.
Knowledge of top EPP, EDR/XDR, related ransomware-focused products, and endpoint cybersecurity in general.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with a knack for public presentations.
Must be a self-starter that can work across multiple departments and time zones.
Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Base Salary Range: $152,000 - $190,000
Bonus Target: 10%
