We are adding a Sales Representative to spearhead our ImageWear division. We are looking for you, a true teammate; you are driven by our Vision: A Team of 100% Actively Engaged People Providing World-Class Customer Service. We are seeking a Sales Representative who wants to improve your own and others' self-development while working in a family-owned business built on values. The ImageWear division focuses on direct sales of apparel such as embroidered polo shirts, T-shirts, and business wear. You will build relationships with our current customers as well as find new ones to grow this critical division of our company.
We’ll provide:
- Competitive Pay Commission package including a $65,000/year salary plus uncapped commissions. Based on current revenues, earnings at plan are more than $90,000 per year, with average 3rd-year earnings well into the six figures!

What You Bring:
- Minimum of1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred
- Experience with multi-channel business including store, catalog, and web is a plus
- A high level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude with the desire to succeed and exceed customer expectations. Has a passion to serve others.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. The ability to establish rapport builds relationships and loyalty with external and internal customers and coworkers
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
