Guardian Glass is seeking a Dealer Sales Manager to join our team!
As the Dealer Sales Manager, your principal responsibility will entail advancing the promotion of value-added coated glass tailored for the interiors sector, specifically targeting Shower Door Dealers. You will be entrusted with the expansion and oversight of Guardian's ShowerGuard Registered Dealer Network within designated key markets across the Northeast and Midwest region. The ideal candidate will be strategically based in any major city within the territory, ensuring convenient access to major airports for optimal efficiency in travel and engagement.
Our Team
You will be joining the ShowerGuard Dealer Sales Manager Team where you will work primarily with the Regional Sales Manager. We are a principled based company that relies heavily on teamwork and ingenuity. We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.

For this role, we anticipate paying a base salary of $70,000 - $90,000 per year. This role is also eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus and a company car.
