Position: Sushi Chef - Will train with previous kitchen experience

Responsibilities
- Prepare sushi dishes in accordance with food health and safety regulations
- Create visually appealing and delicious sushi rolls, sashimi, and nigiri
- Ensure freshness and quality of ingredients used for sushi preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sushi bar and kitchen area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery

Qualifications
-Knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-rolling techniques
- Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and presentation
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with the kitchen team
- Flexibility to work in a restaurant setting and adapt to changing demands

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
