Director, Growth Marketing – (job location is New York, NY; employer is Grocery Delivery E-Services USA Inc. d/b/a HelloFresh) - Responsible for developing the multi-brand growth strategy and leading the execution for the HelloFresh Group focused on the Ready-To-Eat and MealKits category. Develop and execute the company's brand's overall growth strategy, in alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to drive revenue growth and market expansion. Lead and manage a team of growth professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to foster their development and achieve targets. Conduct comprehensive market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to identify untapped opportunities and target audiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product, and finance, to align growth initiatives with overall business strategies. Utilize data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and evaluate the effectiveness of growth strategies, making data-driven decisions to optimize performance. Develop and implement customer acquisition and retention strategies, leveraging digital marketing channels, advertising campaigns, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools. Identify and optimize conversion points in the customer journey, implementing A/B testing and continuous improvement methodologies. Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, industry experts, and influencers to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth. Monitor and report on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and proactively address challenges. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (US or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field plus three (3) years of experience in the position offered or in a marketing related position. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience with: working in a leadership role focused on driving growth to enterprise level global brands with annual budget exceeding $20MM; digital marketing channels and advertising platforms, specifically focused on paid marketing such as Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, Display and Programmatic, Video ads, or Appinstall ads; interpreting complex data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities, using market research tools such as Google Trends, SEMRush, or SimilarWeb; data analysis tools and techniques such as PowerBI, Tableau, or Advanced Excel; leveraging data to drive business decisions; collaborating and exerting influence on key stakeholders including client leads, department heads, and C-suits; planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel (from upper funnel to mid-low funnel) digital marketing campaigns to achieve revenue and ROI/CAC targets; various ad tech and marketing automation platforms, such as Facebook Audience Manager, Treasure Data, Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or CRM systems; launching and running A/B testing and a data-driven decision-making culture to continuously improve marketing efforts and optimize the customer journey in paid marketing and organic marketing platforms; and team management with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. This role entails hybrid work, with time split between working in our New York City office and flexibility to telecommute from another U.S. location. Salary: $195,521 - $205,000/year.
