We are part of Uffda Hospitality, a growing company, and are looking for an individual that can come in, hit the ground running and grow along with us! Grind requires a Head Chef that will support and ensure the daily operation of Grind Burger Kitchen, while optimizing profits through controlling food and labor costs. This individual will provide a superior casual dining experience by being consistent and detail oriented while serving high quality food. This is a hands-on management job. Our mission is to prepare and serve the best burgers in Louisville and promote a culture of quality that extends far beyond the plate!
