Job Summary

Grepow, Inc. is one of the top RC battery companies. We are involved in production, distribution, wholesale, brick-and-mortar and online retail. Our products are mainly used for the RC toys, drones, FPV quadcopters, electric motorcycles and RC cars/trucks. We are currently looking for experienced sales assistant to join our team in Livermore, CA.

Job Description:

  • Frequently OUT-CALLING the assigned accounts or leads for business following up and expanding the sales.
  • New business development based on the company's directions.
  • Check and reply to daily voicemail's and emails
  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • Daily maintenance of customer accounts using our CRM system (customer relationship manager)
  • Placing, editing, and cancelling orders
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure solution
  • Register the sales web account for customer according to the record information
  • Explain product feature and assist customers in make a well informed purchasing decision
  • Tracking orders for customers as requested
  • Record the details of transactions, comments and customer complaints

Requirements:

  • Must have B2B sales experience, experience with B2B distribution preferred
  • Cold calling skills
  • Customer support experience
  • Organized, detailed oriented and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Demonstration of strong and effective communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and basic use of voicemail and electronic mail systems

Prior knowledge for sales and client relations preferred but not required. Will offer on-the-job training.

Experienced or knowledge with the RC hobby (especially RC drivers or FPV pilots) or UAV drones would be a plus.
