Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. We are a rapidly growing startup company expanding throughout south and central Florida and we need someone who can come in with energy, make an impact, and grow our HR department!

Duties:

- Assist with the administration of HR programs and processes, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration, and performance management

- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records

- Assist with workers' compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers

- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations

- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs

- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing files

- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement

- Assist with HR sourcing efforts by posting job openings on various platforms and reviewing resumes

- Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidate applications and facilitate the hiring process

Skills:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping

- Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Experience with HRIS systems (PeopleSoft preferred)

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $20.75 - $21.83 per hour
