**Requirements:**

- Previous managerial experience, preferably in the cleaning or related industry.

- Strong computer skills are essential.

- Sales experience is advantageous.

- Excellent people and communication skills are required.

- Willingness to travel within the Austin area to oversee operations.

- Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet clients' needs.

**Responsibilities:**

- Oversee and coordinate cleaning operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
