Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. We are a collision center and experience working at a paint and body shop is preferred. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities and supporting the body techs. Knowing to write a car is a bonus, but wiling to train. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with document preparation, proofreading, and editing
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Skills:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to handle phone calls in a polite manner
