Pay Rate: $20-22/hr.
Schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm; 75% Remote - 25% In-Office
Job Type:  Temp-to-Hire
What’s a typical day as an Administrative Specialist? You’ll be:
  • Be an expert in SharePoint.
  • Transitioning and streamlining documents in SharePoint.
  • Merge policies and guidelines of internal databases.
  • Organize documents through numbering and cataloguing.
  • Proofread and perform technical writing for polices.
  • Communicate with direct supervisor of any issues or of a priority needing immediate attention.
  • Any other functions and responsibilities needed by direct supervisor.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Must have strong experience in SharePoint (required).
  • Technical writing experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-starter and comfortable working remote.
  • Can multitask and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Have a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
