To achieve our ambitious goals, we’re looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to join our Grammarly Business Sales team. The person in this role will continue to streamline processes and build our team to achieve our growth goals for 2024 and beyond. Reporting directly to the GM of Grammarly Business, the Manager, Commercial Sales, will play a pivotal role in leading a team to establish customers within our largest segment.
Grammarly aims to continue accelerating and refining our commercial sales motion. In this role, you will coach and lead your team to sell into multiple levels within an organization. You will have a unique opportunity to build a distinctive sales team based on your vision and passion for excellence.
In the first few quarters, you will grow and manage a sales team. By the end of the first year, you will have established repeatable processes and best practices for your team to find success.

Our US and Canada locations are categorized into compensation zones based on each geographic region’s cost of labor index. Base pay may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The expected On-Target Earning (OTE) salary ranges for this San Francisco-based position are outlined below and may be modified in the future.
The commission portion for this role will be 40% of the On-Target Earning (OTE).
