Commercial Construction Estimator

Estimator Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in estimating ground-up commercial Healthcare construction projects.
- A degree is preferred but not required.
- Responsible for overseeing profit and loss for assigned projects and developing regular margin projections.
- Develop and manage estimates for multiple simultaneous projects.
- Collaborate with clients and design teams.
- Track, price, and negotiate project cost changes.
