Job Description
Summary
We are looking for a self-motivated estimator who can work alongside Sales and Production. The person will form part of a multidisciplinary team, and should be comfortable working at a table, computer terminal, in the shop, or in the field. You will usually work at our offices or your home, but will at times need to fulfill travel requirements and work on-site to obtain measurements, observe installs, and inspect site conditions.
To be successful as a estimator, you should stay up-to-date with new software and advancements. An exceptional estimator will demonstrate impeccable attention to detail and have sound knowledge of the discipline.
We are currently seeking candidates with 3 years’ of experience in commercial construction estimating. Specific experience estimating commercial casework, and architectural millwork is highly desired. Applicants must possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for candidates that are self-motivated, team-oriented, have excellent organizational skills, and exhibit a positive attitude, customer focus, and willingness to go the extra mile. Additionally, experience handling heavy-volume deadline-driven workload is a must. We offer a comfortable friendly work environment and potential for growth.
