Responsibilities:
*Partner with business program team members, key stakeholders, and contributors across different functions and levels.
*Have excellent communication skills to persuasively drive conversations about the business program with diverse audiences and stakeholders.
*Manage activities, define strategy, and set priorities for the business program, ensuring alignment with the organization's vision and objectives.
*Contribute to best practices, process improvement, and the effective use of analytics to measure and optimize the performance and impact of the business program.
*Contribute with new ideas and insights to enhance the business program and address the needs and challenges.
*Perceive potential issues and problem-solve, redirect, and refocus when needed to ensure the successful delivery of the business program.
*Have the right people skills and leadership qualities to collaborate, motivate, and work effectively with others, fostering a positive and productive team culture.
*Adapt to navigate through change and ambiguity within a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating resilience and flexibility.
Qualifications:
*At least 5 years of experience in managing business programs with a successful track record.
*Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
*Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to use data and insights to drive action and results.
*A collaborative and supportive attitude to lead others and build trust and rapport.
*A high level of initiative, self-motivation, and accountability, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.
*A willingness to learn, grow, and adapt to changing needs and expectations.
*Understand the nomenclature used within the learning industry is preferred.
*Microsoft experience is preferred.
