- 2-4 years of experience as a RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
- Mentorship and cultivation of new leaders
- Align with great culture and constantly elevate it in your store
- Dedication to our core values
- Strong leadership skills and commitment to developing new ones
- Previous Leadership experience in casual, full-service restaurants
- Scratch Kitchen knowledge a plus
- Detail oriented
