- Be able to add structure and organization where needed without being micromanaged, but with a very collaborative spirit
- Remain hands-on daily - No Clipboard Managers!
- Quarterly Menu Development
- Financial experience of costing out menu items and recipes, controlling food cost, and labor cost
- Ability to partner and collaborate openly with ownership - share and execute the same vision
- 4 years in a Full-Service Executive Chef role at an upscale, high-volume establishment
- Ability to manage, develop, and retain a solid kitchen team and a sales volume of 2M
- High-volume, scratch kitchen leadership experience; a mix of Independent and Corporate restaurant leadership is ideal
- Culinary Degree preferred but not required
- Systems-oriented, attention to detail, and ServSafe Certified.
- Must be a great cook and passionate about how the food quality affects a guest's experience
- Passion for high food quality standards and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, upholding an established reputation
- 3 year job tenures
