We are seeking a strong Chef de Cuisine for our awesome brand. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Chef to join this well-known and established restaurant owned by a well-known and local fine-dining staple!

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations as Executive Chef
• Schedule labor and order food items/operating supplies
• Control labor costs
• Hire, train, and develop staff
• Take disciplinary actions as needed
• Ensure consistent quality of food, drinks, and overall guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness, food safety, and a top health score
• Represent the restaurant to guests, landlord, and community leaders

Requirements:

• Winning personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good kitchen and Chef skills — at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong motivation and great work ethic
• Great tenure –demonstrated progress at prior jobs
• 3-4 years of current Executive Chef experience in a fine-dining restaurant, Micheline accredited
