Administrative Assistant
Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support senior leadership within our client’s wealth management firm. Our client is a boutique wealth management firm located in Waukesha County, providing comprehensive financial services to a unique client base. Essential Duties:
  • Support CEO & firm leadership with all day-to-day functions
  • Support staff accounting with administrative support team as needed
  • Management of CEO finances, scheduling & calendaring, meeting & event planning
  • Ordering of supplies, resources, catering, and meals
  • Travel planning & coordination
  • Compose correspondence, company memos and other communications on behalf of CEO
  • Prepare various reports, financial statements, as well as client & meeting materials
  • Maintain client demographics and other client information within company systems
  • Greet visitors and answer all firm calls professionally
  • Order and maintain inventory and stock firm supplies
  • Other duties as assigned
Hours: 8am – 5:30pm with one hour lunch period. This is an onsite role.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree with 2 years’ experience in a professional office setting supporting leadership
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Quicken and/or QuickBooks preferred
  • Above average ability in math & experience working with financial statements preferred
  • Strong attention to detail is needed to be effective in this role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to present information in a professional manner to individuals and small groups
This role has no supervisory duties
