What You’ll Do:
● Greet guests warmly as they enter the establishment and interact with them in a friendly and professional manner.
● Take and process drink orders from guests at the bar and from servers.
● Prepare and serve various alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and standards.
● Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring all equipment is in good working condition.
● Check identification to verify that guests are of legal drinking age and refuse service to intoxicated or underage individuals as necessary.
● Upsell additional menu items, promotions, or specials to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
● Engage with guests, provide recommendations, and answer questions about drink options and menu items.
● Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently, including processing payments and providing change.
● Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices are followed to promote a safe and enjoyable environment.
● Collaborate with other staff members, including servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
● Clean and sanitize bar equipment, utensils, and work areas to maintain health and safety standards.
● Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to alcohol service and food handling.

While performing the required duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for extended periods. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Salary and Benefits:
On the spot interviews will be held at the Hickory Street Annex between 11 AM - 7 PM May 6 & 7, 9 AM - 3 PM May 8, and 11 AM - 7 PM May 9 & 10. First come, first served. Street parking only, please (if you use the parking lot, you may be towed). Please bring a resume (not required) and be prepared to wow us with your amazing personality!
