Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and order tracking
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer needs are met
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Spanish
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Sales experience is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required
