Front desk office/Medical Assistant for medical office in Orange County

Full-time job

HOURS: 40 Hours per week (Monday through Friday)

Pay: $23- $26 per hours base on the experience

LOCATIONS: Irvine/Mission Viejo

Responsibilities:

• Interact with patients in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their comfort and answering any questions they may have.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure the well-being of both patients and you, while keeping the atmosphere fun and upbeat.
• Utilize proper labeling and documentation techniques to accurately record and maintain patient information and sample records.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide efficient and timely sample collection, while maintaining a high standard of quality.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in MA experience is preferred, but we are open to considering candidates straight out of school who demonstrate exceptional motivation and a genuine passion for the field.
• Certification as a Medical Assistant
• Ability to handle a workload of 8-15 patients per day with a positive attitude and efficiency.
• Strong communication skills, as you will be interacting closely with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Flexible schedule as per the requirements of our patients and the healthcare facility.
