Job Description

Position Overview: As a Front Desk Supervisor at Staybridge Suites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and delivering a memorable guest experience. You will be responsible for supervising front desk staff, managing guest reservations, handling inquiries, and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision and Leadership: Lead and motivate front desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality guest service.
  • Guest Services: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and address guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Training: Train and onboard new front desk staff, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in their roles.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner, seeking to exceed guest expectations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee administrative tasks such as maintaining accurate records, handling cash transactions, and preparing reports as required.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and uphold the hotel's standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
