SpringHill Suites are currently accepting applications for Guest Service Oriented front desk agents to serve as our guests first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Hotel Front Desk Agent responsibilities include registering guests, managing reservations and providing information about rooms, rates and amenities. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable stay for our guests following all Marriott procedures.
Currently Seeking Full Time Employees for 2nd shift: 3pm-11pm
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Job Does REQUIRE availability on weekends (Including on Sundays and holidays. )
- Following all CDC/Marriott COVID-19 guidelines and procedures for front desk and public spaces
- Restocking and Maintaining Market items and Coffee Station
- Maintain Cleanliness at the Desk and throughout Lobby area including Coffee Station and tables.
- Willingness to learn how to prepare simple menu items from limited bar selection
- Bartending and/or Shuttle Driving are also responsibilities shared with Front Desk Agents
Skills
- Work experience as a front desk agent, receptionist or similar role
- Experience with Fosse is a plus
- Experience with 3rd party travel sites
- Great customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
