Reporting to a sales director, you will learn the Givaudan Sales experience under the guidance and mentorship of more senior account managers. If you have ever thought about exploring a career in Sales with us - this is your chance! While this role is considered home-based, some regular travel to customers (Mid-West and East Coast) and time at key Givaudan sites in Ohio and NJ is expected and will be critical to success.
Challenging: Learn to grow Givaudan business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom line per-formance. Manage customer relationships within a portfolio of accounts. Help negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and manage credit, pricing, rebates, and the like for assigned accounts.
Inspiring: Help develop and deliver presentations both internally and to customers. Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information. Learn to develop and execute action plans at customers to ensure sales activity is on schedule and meets success criteria.
Heart and Soul: Learn to develop close relationships with key customer contacts/functions to identify and pro-mote value drivers, uncover opportunities, and maximize results. Understand customer strategies, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes, and then work with internal teams to drive projects with customers from inception to win and from scale-up to production.
You?
- University degree
- 3 years functional/technical sales, B2B sales and/or marketing or customer interactive role
- Flavor, ingredient or food industry experience desirable
- Have interest in/ability to create new business, with assistance of experienced account professional
- Written and verbal command of English
