Reporting to a Senior Account Manager or Sales Director, you will learn our Sales Experience and will be guided and mentored under the guidance of our most successful teammates. If you have ever thought about exploring a career in Sales with us - this is your chance! While our industry experience will be preferred, we welcome other like-industry or heavy customer-facing experiences that involve sales-like accountabilities.
This role is considered Hybrid with a mix of days in office when not traveling. Preferred location is Cincinnati, but other locations will be considered with the right experience for role. Savory experience helpful.
- Business Development: Learn to grow our business with designated accounts by managing top and bottom lines. Manage customer relationships within portfolio of accounts. Help negotiate pricing agreements within guidelines and managing credit, pricing, rebates, and the like for assigned accounts.
- Customer Impact: Help develop and deliver internal and customer presentations. Monitor customer and competitor activity and maintain customer information. Help track ADP to ensure sales activity is on schedule and meet success criteria. Gain understanding of competitor activities with customers.
- Industry Collaboration: Help transition customer projects/new wins from scale-up to production. Use understanding of customer strategy, initiatives, priorities, and launch processes. Identify, and promote, value drivers for key customers.
You?
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or other relevant discipline for position type
- 3 years functional/technical sales, B2B marketing experience, or currently in a customer-facing role.
- Have interest in/ability to create new business, with assistance of experienced account professional
- Written and verbal command of English
