Job Responsibilities
- Understand and implement insurance sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to policy delivery)
- Present and demonstrate coverage and protection options
- Review, update and manage daily sales tasks
- Create and execute strategies for increasing market share, and account rounding
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Retain existing business, & reach monthly sales goals to meet agency standards
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certifications
- Must be familiar with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
